Yes, it is mandatory for teachers to work six days a week at Planet Spark. We strongly advise teachers against taking weekends off, as this is a crucial time for conducting many demo classes. The weekend is a prime period for showcasing teaching skills and engaging with potential students through demo sessions. By prioritizing availability during weekends, teachers can maximize their opportunities for successful demo conduct and potential enrollments.
No, teaching in the morning from 10 am to 3 pm is not possible at Planet Spark. Currently, we do not have any shift timings available for morning batches. However, we do offer flexible shift options during other parts of the day to accommodate various schedules. The available shift timings are as follows:

  • 3 pm to 10 pm for Indian students.
  • 6 pm to 11 pm for Indian students.
  • For our friends in the UAE and the UK, the shift is from 6 pm to 11 pm.
  • 6 pm to 11 pm for UAE & UK students.
  • 10 pm to 8 am for US and Canada students.
  • No, unfortunately, if you are only willing to invest 2 hours, you will not be eligible for this job.
  • The teaching position at Planet Spark requires a commitment of minimum 3 to 4 hours on a daily basis.
  • Our training sessions are also designed to be comprehensive, lasting 3 to 4 hours.
  • We cannot accommodate individuals who are unable to commit the minimum required time as it is essential for delivering effective teaching sessions and maintaining the quality of our educational services.
Yes you are eligible, you can take 6 PM -11 PM slot with us and make sure you're devoting 3-4 hours with us.
No, We are looking for teachers who can devote 3-4 hours of a day and as i can see you are in a full time job so, it won't be possible for you to take trainings and proceed accordingly.
Yes, overall process needs to be done through laptop and after hiring all the demos and classes should be done via laptop.
You can take maximum classes and demos it's upto you, we will pay you on hourly basis only.
Dear Teacher We value your dedication to Planet Spark! Here's a glimpse of our remuneration structure:

  • During OJT, you'll be paired with an Account Manager – consider them your trusted buddy in the teaching journey.
  • Your Account Manager is there to assist with any queries, whether they're about your tech related issues or understanding the enrollment process.
  • They act as a liaison between you and the sales team, closely monitoring the progress of your demos.
  • This collaboration ensures a seamless experience for both teachers and potential students.
  • Post getting the enrollments if you face any issue then your account manager is there to get it resolved.
  • Taking it a step further, your Account Manager is also your ally in refining your slot confirmation calls.
  • They will be evaluating your solt confirmation conversations, offering valuable insights to enhance your communication and ensure demos run smoothly.

The requirement to upload a PAN Card on the Planet Spark platform depends on the individual teacher. If a teacher updates their PAN Card on the platform, a 10% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) is deducted. However, if the PAN Card is not uploaded on the profile, a higher TDS of 20% is deducted. The choice to upload the PAN Card is at the discretion of the teacher, influencing the rate of TDS deduction on their earnings. It is recommended for teachers to review and update their PAN Card information accordingly to optimize their financial transactions on the platform.
Yes, it is mandatory to upload the Aadhar Card as an address proof on the platform. This aligns with the company policy, specifically requiring the back side of the Aadhar Card to serve as a valid address proof for users on the platform.
Yes, it is mandatory to upload the front side of the Aadhar Card as an identity proof. The platform requires the front side to verify and authenticate the user's identity. Please ensure that the front side, which includes essential identity details, is uploaded to meet the platform's identity proof requirements.
According to company policy, passport size photos are not accepted. It is required that the uploaded photo extends to the length of the waist, featuring a plain background. Additionally, the individual in the photo should be dressed in proper formal attire.
