Teachers’ Reward and Recognition Ceremony- April Achievers

Planet spark solemnized its monthly “Teachers’ Reward and Recognition” ceremony for the month of April on Saturday, 15 May 2021.

The award  identifies and felicitates educators who show exceptional education talent and an engaging and inspiring classroom presence.

The ceremony began with an ice-breaker. The teachers were asked to guess two adjectives that describe a Planetspark the teacher – affable and intuitive.

They were in the jumbled form. It wasn’t difficult for the teachers and they came up  with different adjectives too.

Ms Gurdeep Kaur Sagoo, a teacher with maximum enrolments for the month, shared her amazing journey with Planetspark.

She also shared some helpful tips to build rapport with parent and students, which ensure smoother enrolments.

A new category of award for encouraging and motivating students to participate in Group discussions was introduced.

The award ceremony was held amidst much joy, cheer and applause as the teachers received their digital certificates.
