A day in the life of Sidhhu

Siddharth is a 10-year-old boy from India who lives in Singapore with his parents. His father nicknamed him Siddhu, and his friends call him Sid. Siddhu doesn't speak Hindi well, but he is trying. Although he was born in Ahmedabad, India, his father got an amazing job in Singapore soon after, so they had to move.

Siddharth loves many things, like tennis, football, music, and learning Hindi and Gujrati from his mother. His favorite tennis player is Rafael Nadal because he always gives his best in all the matches.

Siddharth learned Hindi and Gujrati to talk to his grandparents. He loves them from the bottom of his heart. One day, his grandfather made him listen to the song "Ye Dosti" from the movie Sholay; it became his favorite song. Siddharth also learned to play guitar when the virus COVID-19 pandemic induced a lockdown all over the world. With precautions and luck, no one in his family caught the disease. He took online guitar classes twice a week for three months. Siddhu can play "Happy Birthday" quite well on the guitar. He wants to learn all his grandparent's favorite songs so he can play them on their wedding anniversary.

Siddharth has a few good friends both in school and in his neighborhood. They ride bicycles every day in the evening for one hour and talk about random topics. Although Singapore is small, it is a fascinating place to live. He is astounded by the architecture of the Marina bay area. It is one of the most attractive tourist locations on the planet. The Marina bay gardens have 250 trees and 650 plants. Whenever Siddharth is in the area, he feels transported to a magical world.

The Marina Bay sands hotel is amazing. It has one of the largest rooftops. It is so massive that it can fit more than four but less than five jumbo jets. The hotel's sky park has a scenic view that Sid loves to see. The ticket charge for the park is S$23, which is okay because his father pays for it, not him.

Siddhu likes Singaporean food, but he loves his mother's cooking more. After his tennis lessons are over, he rushes home to eat the delicious Indian food prepared by her. He tries never to be bored and always keeps exploring new things. Every night his family plays board games like Carrom, Monopoly, and Uno. That's what a day in the life of Siddharth Shah looks like.
