Introduction

Due to the fear of getting affected by the COVID 19 virus, many people detained themselves in their homes and gradually became lazy. I am also one of those people who has been feeling very lazy to go outside to have a walk and get some physical exercise.

 

However, one day, I rose above my unwillingness to work my muscles and went for a walk. In this scorching summer, I preferred the relaxed morning time.

 

That day, I woke up early, around five. I was a bit dizzy, but after brushing my teeth, I was all charged up for the walk. Then putting on my sneakers, I left the house and walked down the road.

 

It was a very pleasant experience from the very start. The chilled environment was very relaxing. I was not alone on the road. Many others were also on a walk, and some were jogging too. An early morning walk was the best choice I made. That day I enjoyed a lot of things.

 

Less noise pollution

Early in the morning, very few automobiles drove around on the road. It was all clear and vacant with other walkers like me.

 

There was next to zero chance of getting hit by a car or any vehicle, so I walked fearlessly in the middle of the road, enjoying every bit of that moment. It wasn't very certain to get such chances on a busy road like that.

 

So, I felt incredibly special to get such an opportunity.

 

Musical birds

In that noise-free environment, a soothing musical song had filled the air. The small chirping birds sang their beautiful songs, and I couldn't help but compare them to modern singers.

 

Music these days was loud and noisy, and this cheerful music truly hypnotized me. It was a good chance for my ears. It filled my body with energy and motivated me to walk more distances.

 

Nature’s music was one of a kind. Probably, the only one of its kind.

 

The cool air

As it was early morning, the sun had not exposed itself completely. A chilled environment was still prevailing. It felt very relaxing and cheerful to walk in that environment. The fog was like a calm blanket over my mind, and I felt truly connected to nature that morning.

 

Conclusion

Morning walks aid the major systems of the body in reviving their vigour. It also enhances the body's various systems' functionality.

 

Because most of the body's functions are at rest when sleeping, a morning stroll helps re-energize them. It also relieves weariness and a sense of heaviness.

 

Our body and soul are refreshed by the cool air of the outside space.
