Myself
There are more than seven billion people on Earth, and everyone is different from one another in some or the other way. I also desire to be different from others and want to be recognised worldwide for my achievements.
My name is Mark Smith; I have my mother & father, one sister and one brother in my family. We all live together, and my mother is a homemaker who takes care of us in all possible ways.
I live in Delhi; it is a beautiful and busy city, of course, as it is the capital of India. My school is just 10kms away from my house, and I go to school by bus. But it makes me really happy when my parents sometimes come to pick me up from school. My brother and sister also study in the same school, which makes me feel secure and confident.
I am good at studies and usually among the top 5 rankers in the class. All thanks to my mom as she is always the one who guides and teaches me. I learned a lot of things at school, such as I learnt the German language in my last class. We also play games in our school.
My favourite sports are cricket and volleyball, which I play every evening with my friends in the stadium near my house. I like spending weekends with my family as that is the only time when we are together. We play video games, go out for shopping, cinema and have dinner at a nice restaurant on weekends (not always). Sometimes, I also go out with friends; my best friend is Tony who is my partner in crime.
I am better at studying than sports, and I am in charge of my class. But, I love playing games as well, and I was once the captain of the school's cricket team. I also love swimming; during my summer breaks, I always go to the club with my dad for swimming.
My parents and teachers always teach me to speak the truth, so I always tell the truth even if I do anything wrong. I always admit my mistake and try not to repeat them. I have a good sense of humour, so I stay happy and keep others around me also happy.
One thing I hate about myself is that I am too lazy, but I am trying to overcome it by joining other curriculum activities.
I aspire to become a lawyer, just like my great grandfather. I will try to become a good person first and then a fine lawyer.
