As you all know, we've all come together to say goodbye to our friend. It's hard to say goodbye to someone who made everyone happy just by being there. With you, I've had a lot of fun, and the time we've spent together has been important.
It matters that you've been with us for a long time and have never let us down. The dedication with which you have worked with us and the way you have acted in difficult situations will always serve as a good example for your coworkers.
I sincerely hope you keep coming up with new ideas. Because of your creative mind, we never ran out of ideas. Most importantly, you've taught us how to work together as a team and put the needs of the company first.
People at the company have always thought you were a great friend. You are also a good employee. There's no way we could work without you because you always took time to meet people and hear their stories.

When you leave us today, I look around for someone who can fill the void you're leaving. I don't know who can. You've always been very calm when you've been under a lot of stress.
