The annual function celebration embarks on the successful completion of another year full of beautiful memories & learnings to cherish throughout life.
Very good morning to everyone present here. It is with great pleasure that we announce we are about to begin our 25th annual function. We are very excited about this day. The theme for this year's annual function is "Saving the Earth."
The children of today hold the future of our country. The importance of clean air and a healthy environment can't be overemphasised. We are gathered here to witness how the students at our school showcase their talents. With their impeccable abilities, they would like to spread awareness on how to make the world a better place to live in. Along with the plays, and dances to keep you entertained, we would also like to reward our students in between. Our students have excelled at various competitions like essay and writing competitions, debate competitions, and olympiads that are helpful within our school and outside.
We would ask our esteemed guests to encourage them when they receive their respective awards. Our students have been actively participating in the district and state events. Some of our students have also represented our school at the national level. We will take this moment to congratulate them on their achievements. We would also like to thank the teachers and their mentors who have worked hard with students and prepared them for such competitions.
On this auspicious day, it is also our esteemed pleasure to welcome our Chief Guest for the event. On behalf of the institution, I would like to welcome Mr./Mrs. XYZ to our event. He/She is currently in a Chief Executive position and has contributed immensely to the company and the well-being of society. We are grateful he/she was able to gladly accept our invitation and took out time from his/her schedule.
We wish to invite our chief guest on the stage to say a few words.

In the end,
I would like to thank our principal, vice-principal, teachers, students and dear parents for making this event successful. The annual function was a great success after months of practice and hard work on everyone's part. We thank everyone for their cooperation and contribution to making this event successful.
